Before you visit
- Ministries and departments publish policies, notifications and forms, but most public services run through their attached bodies.
- Look for a 'Notifications' or 'Downloads' section for official circulars.
- For complaints about a department, the Pakistan Citizen's Portal is usually faster than writing to the ministry.

Sometimes. Ministries mostly set policy. Day-to-day services are often delivered by an attached authority or an online portal, which Raasta lists separately.
